How do you market a locally based business?
I get asked this question A TON. Along with "What do I start with?" "What are the most important marketing aspect?"
If you try a simple Google search, you will get so many different ideas thrown at you. While they all may be good strategies in the future...you first need to start with the basics.
Put yourself in your customer's shoes...if you are searching for a local service, what is the first thing you do? I'll take a wild guess and say you're first going to make a Google search to see what companies are around, then you will check out their reviews, and then you will see if any of your friends have recently used the service you're looking for.
