In my first year of business (when it was still a side hustle), I would take THE WHOLE HOUR before a sales call to “prep.” 
 
I would literally go over like a script in my head of what to say, what service I provide, explain to the client, EXACTLY step-by-step of what they were paying for. I probably came off as information overload and all over the place. Right before I began to dial the phone, I would start sweating...and maybe at some points shaking.
